In the event you are ill and need to reschedule for any other reason, please do so no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment. We are strictly enforcing our cancellation policy as we value your time and ask that you value ours.
Time to shine. Please confirm your service 48 hours in advance, and cancel no later than 24 hours in advance, if necessary. For all Color Corrective and Keratin services we require a 72 hour notice and for NBR/Extension services require a 7 day notice, due to the longer length of service time. We will be doing a phone call reminder 1 1/2- 2 weeks prior to your Color Corrective, NBR/Extension service in addition to the 48 hour text/email confirmations in the event you have this service scheduled with us. Otherwise, any changes less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, no shows will result in a full price charge of service. We will be asking and placing a credit card of your choice on file for any last minute cancellations, no shows. Our software is PCI compliant in which your credit card is safely encrypted for 100% security.
Convenience made easy. Please allow yourself 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time for parking. Parking can be limited on the Plaza throughout the day and we want you to feel at ease when arriving to your appointment on time.
We will greet you to begin your experience. We ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time.

Face masks are optional and your preference while with us at Brush Salon.
Please visit solo if possible. We welcome guests who are receiving services and have limited space for additional patrons such as children, friends, or partners.
A child’s place. We welcome our Brush kids under the age of 12 and all services are at full price.
Beverage offerings: We are excited to offer you a little touch of our signature Brush experience by serving our complimentary beverages: lattes & wine.
Contactless checkout available. Download the free Brush Elite Aura dashboard. This app will allow you to check in, purchase products, and checkout from the convenience of your phone!
Service with a smile. All services are guaranteed; notify us within three days of your service if you require a correction.
Retail exchanges or refunds. We appreciate your support of our small local business. If a product does not work for you please bring it in and we will provide a credit or refund of your purchase. We want you to be happy with your homecare!
Money matters. We gladly accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. Sorry, no checks.
